Qualifications And Requirements

Experience as a Sales Agent, Field Sales, or Area Sales Representative
Industry background in tools, construction materials, or hardware products is required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willing to conduct regular fieldwork within assigned area
Possession of a valid drivers license
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Handle sales activities and client accounts across assigned territories
Promote company products related to power tools, hand tools, and construction or hardware supplies
Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors
Identify new sales opportunities and develop potential accounts
Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and sales negotiations
Monitor market movements, competitor pricing, and customer requirements
Prepare and submit sales performance reports and forecasts
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and collection goals
