Role Description The Area Sales Officer – Davao is a full-time, on-site role based in Butuan, responsible for driving sales performance and market growth within the assigned area. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing relationships with existing and potential clients. The Area Sales Officer will coordinate with branches and channel partners to implement sales strategies, support promotional activities, and ensure alignment with bank policies and service standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales targets, preparing sales reports, and providing customer-focused service to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to support operational efficiency and smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales operations, including monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and supporting branch activities.
  • Knowledge of channel sales and working with multiple distribution channels or partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, or field sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Butuan, with willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
