Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute sales plans aligned with corporate goals and regional market opportunities
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve target while fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Build strong relationship with clients, distributors, and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential partnership to expand Zenith's footprint
  • Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in electrical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
  • Proven ability to lead teams, inspire performance, and manage diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with electrical products, industrial solutions, and distribution networks
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
