Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager position will be assigned to San Miguel Equity Investments, Inc. (SMEII), a wholly owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation (SMC) that oversees the Group's cement manufacturing and heavy building materials businesses, including its investments in Northern Cement Corporation and Eagle Cement Corporation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in the cement, construction materials, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong background in Sales Administration, Market Research, Market Survey Analysis, and Territory Development.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and managing key accounts.
• Experience in handling contractors, developers, distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders in the construction and building materials industry.
• Knowledge of cement products, applications, and industry market trends is an advantage.
• Familiarity with market areas across North Luzon, Central Luzon, and South Luzon.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and highly goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and business development strategies.
