ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic Sales Manager to oversee and strengthen our sales operations in Zamboanga and nearby areas. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can drive revenue growth, develop high-performing teams, and expand the company's presence throughout Western Mindanao and BARMM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team across Zamboanga and Western Mindanao
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Explore and develop new market opportunities and potential business partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports
- Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 5–7 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Experience in construction or engineering-related products is an advantage
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and business development capabilities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to be assigned in Zamboanga
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within Western Mindanao
- Adaptable and culturally sensitive when dealing with diverse markets and communities
