Area Sales Manager - North Luzon

Area Sales Manager (North Luzon - Region 1A - Ilocos Sur & Norte, La Union, Pangasinan, Baguio Region 2, Region 3)

We are hiring a high-performing Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive growth in a dynamic and competitive market.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and develop a high-performing sales team
• Strengthen presence across trade, distribution, and key accounts
• Oversee trade marketing execution and in-market visibility
• Analyze sales data to support forecasting and decision-making
• Ensure strong collection and account management discipline

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 3–4 years experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG/retail environment
• Proven leadership and ability to manage field sales teams
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Willing to travel and be field-based
