* Experience in *team hiring, handling & field coaching*

* Willingness to travel *70–80% within the assigned territory*

* Excellent *negotiation, communication & relationship management* skills

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage primary & secondary sales through the distribution network

* Develop new dealers and distributors and expand market coverage

* Drive sales targets, schemes and promotional activities

* Monitor distributor performance, stock and market execution

* Lead and coach the field sales team through joint market visits

* Identify new market opportunities and strengthen key accounts
