Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned territory
- Drive sales performance and achieve district business objectives
- Implement strategic field activities to increase market share and customer engagement
- Monitor sales execution and ensure alignment with company goals
- Analyze territory performance and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular field coaching sessions to strengthen team capabilities
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful product initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is required (ethical pharma)
- Minimum of 2 years people management experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Demonstrated success in leading field sales teams and delivering business results
- Strong coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel within Central Luzon
- Experience in any of the following therapeutic areas will be advantageous:
- Gastro-Cardio
- Orthopedics
