We are hiring a high-performing Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive growth in a dynamic and competitive market.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strengthen presence across trade, distribution, and key accounts
- Oversee trade marketing execution and in-market visibility
- Analyze sales data to support forecasting and decision-making
- Ensure strong collection and account management discipline
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 3–4 years experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG/retail environment
- Proven leadership and ability to manage field sales teams
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willing to travel and be field-based
