Area Sales Manage - Batching Plant

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting for a highly trusted leader in the industrial batching, asphalt, and concrete mixing plant industry.

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager with 5–7 years of experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial plant solutions to drive sales and business development across the Visayas.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales growth and achieve sales targets.

- Develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts.

- Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies.

- Lead sales strategies for asphalt and concrete mixing plants.

- Monitor market trends, projects, and competitor activities.

- Work closely with the Regional Sales GM, service, and parts teams.

- Ensure excellent customer and after-sales support.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.

- 5–7 years of relevant sales/business development experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or industrial solutions.

- Experience with asphalt plants, concrete batching plants, or similar equipment is a strong advantage.

- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation, account management, and business development skills.

- Established network within the construction and infrastructure industry, particularly in the Visayas.

- Willing to travel extensively across the Visayas.

- Must own a vehicle.

- Must be based in Cebu or willing to relocate to Cebu.
