Responsible for the efficient customer management and purposive acquisition of qualified accounts to sustain business growth of the Petron Fleet Card
Handle proper management of the assigned Sales Route sales and credit performance
Job Description
Identifies prospective accounts who are qualified to enroll under the Petron Fleet Card (PFC) Program
Initiates the solicitation of fleet accounts and conducts sales presentations to introduce the features and benefits of the PFC
Assesses the needs of the account and prepares the corresponding Fleet Card proposal
Gathers the required documents from the account and submits to concerned Petron business units for processing
Monitors the status of the request for Credit Facility as well as the creation of the new account and the corresponding fleet cards
Conducts briefings to new accounts regarding the use of the Petron Fleet Card
Coordinates regularly with Fleet Manager assigned by customer for various requirements such as additional cards, fleet reports, payment details, etc.
Coordinates and monitors progress/completion of after-sales fleet customer service requirements with Petron Fleet Card Operations and other concerned business units
Visits accounts under his/her assigned sales route on a regular basis and conducts business reviews to discuss their concerns and gather feedback about the Petron Fleet Card Program
Identifies areas for improvement based on information gathered from fleet accounts
Monitors the validity of approved contracts and rebates to ensure timely updating/renewal
Coordinates with other trades (Retail, Industrial, LPG, Lubes, etc.) and SMC subsidiaries regarding sales prospects, account management, etc.
Monitors the sales performance of all fleet accounts under his/her assigned sales route and determines the factors affecting their performance
Qualifications
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or any related course
Must have at least one year work experience in Sales and Account Management
Must know how to drive and has at least a non-professional driver's license, but preferably a professional license holder
Wiling to travel and be relocated
Must be proficient in oral and written communication
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
