Role Description

The Area Sales Director will oversee regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati City.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, market analysis, and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and sales performance reporting
  • Knowledge of real estate or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate education is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
