Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in restaurant management, demonstrating leadership and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional customer service skills creating memorable moments for every guest.
- Strong organizational skills & the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Retail knowledge understanding customer needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Basic math skills.
- Food safety and service standards knowledge.
- A positive attitude and dedication to teamwork.
- Entrepreneurial spirit:Ability to identify opportunities, think outside the box, and proactively solve problems.
- Resourcefulness: Identifying and implementing creative solutions under pressure.
