Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for an
Area Operations Officer to join our
Dealer Operations Department based in
Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in
monitoring dealership business performance, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable dealer growth.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze aftersales business performance and ensure the efficient management of aftersales operation to optimize resources and maximize dealer business
- Evaluate dealer performance standards and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Lead and support Kaizen initiatives to drive continuous improvement at the dealer level.
- Coordinate with internal TMP departments and dealers to address operational and performance needs.
- Consolidate, analyze, and visualize dealer KPIs for performance monitoring and reporting.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to CFVCO management.
- Conduct fieldwork, including dealer visits, audits, and compliance checks.
- Prepare performance reports and respond to regular dealer support requests.
- Generate detailed aftersales business reports, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities; recommend actionable strategies to enhance overall dealership aftersales performance.

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or BSBA Major in Operations Management only.
- You are willing to travel and conduct regular dealer visits.
- You are analytical, process-driven, and capable of identifying areas for business improvement.
- You can foster strong dealer relationships while enforcing compliance with operational standards.
- You are capable of appreciating and leveraging the capabilities, insights and ideas of all individuals; working effectively with individuals of diverse style, ability and motivation.
- You can maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition (such as time pressure or job ambiguity); handle stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and to the organization.
- You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.

Skills required:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate dealership and aftersales performance.
- Proficient in basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing and able to establish strong professional relationships.
