About the Role

We are looking for an Area Operations Manager who will serve not only as a business and operations leader, but also as a strong advocate of our values and a culture shaper who helps strengthen the kind of organization we aspire to build. This role oversees stores within an area and plays a critical role in ensuring that operational excellence, people development, guest experience, and values alignment are consistently lived out across the area.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across all stores
  • Build and develop high-performing Restaurant Leadership Teams
  • Champion exceptional guest experience and hospitality
  • Strengthen culture, accountability, and engagement within your area
  • Coach leaders not only on performance, but also on character and leadership
  • Ensure consistency in standards, systems, food quality, and service execution
  • Partner closely with People & Organization in shaping a culture aligned with our values
  • Lead with humility, courage, resilience, and compassion especially during challenging moments

Qualifications

  • At least 5–7 years experience in multi-unit restaurant or F&B operations
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience
  • Proven ability to manage business performance, labor, and profitability
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Strong operational and problem-solving capability
  • Willing to do fieldwork and frequent store visits

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching capability with experience managing multiple store teams
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of sales, labor, productivity, and profitability management
  • Excellent operational execution and problem-solving skills
  • Highly agile, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Values-driven leader with passion for people development and guest experience
  • Willing to travel frequently across assigned stores and work flexible schedules as needed

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field
