Area Operations Manager

District Manager to oversee the performance, profitability, and growth of stores within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple stores to achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Coach, develop, and mentor Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Monitor key business metrics, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive exceptional customer experience and operational excellence across all locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute business initiatives.
• Support new store openings, business expansion, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the FMCG, Retail, or QSR industry.
• Strong background in operations management, P&L ownership, and people leadership.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve business performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
