About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Area Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our properties in Baguio City. This role will execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions at the local level to drive foot traffic, tenant engagement, and overall brand visibility.
You will work closely with local teams and stakeholders to ensure our destinations deliver compelling experiences for visitors while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement local marketing campaigns and promotions to boost foot traffic and sales
- Coordinate and execute events, activations, and community initiatives
- Support brand consistency and ensure marketing materials align with overall corporate branding
- Collaborate with leasing and tenant teams to promote store openings, sales, and special offers
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
- Manage local budgets and vendor relationships for marketing activities
- Engage with local communities, media, and partners to enhance visibility and reputation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 35 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, property, or lifestyle destinations
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience in event planning, promotions, and community engagement
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
