Area Manager - SMCCI (Mindanao - General Santos)

Job Description:

Responsible for the over-all direction, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the Branch operations based on area of responsibility. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and the standards of the company; including hiring and training of employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; and addressing complaints and resolving problems,

Job Specification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• With extensive experience in cargo and remittance operations gained from a forwarding/freight company
• Proficient in MS Applications: MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
• Willing to work in Dadiangas West General Santos City, Mindanao (Office Location)

Working Conditions:

• Willing to work on extended working hours and travel as needed.
• Willing to travel during branch visits, meetings and other activities related to operations
