What You'll Do:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners
- Learn how to present and promote franchise model
- Support store openings and help coordinate site setup requirements
- Monitor branch performance and ensure consistent operational standards
- Collaborate with Commissary, HR, and Marketing teams for branch support
- Analyze sales performance and contribute ideas for growth
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Area Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager experience
- 12 years of experience in sales and operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willing to travel and work on-field for store and franchise support
- Motivated, organized, and ready to grow into an operations leader
