Job Description

An area manager is responsible for overseeing operations, planning, and driving sales growth within a specific region. They are sometimes referred to as regional managers.

  • Sales: Establish sales goals, create strategies, and analyze performance data.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams.
  • Operations: Supervise store functions and manage multiple locations.
  • Planning: Create strategies to increase sales and meet business objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Identify challenges, create solutions, and implement effective strategies.
  • Staff Evaluation: Assess employee performance and make decisions based on evaluations.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to find new opportunities for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
