Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in restaurant or food industry operations, with multi-unit management exposure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve operational targets
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations
- Experience in handling store audits, inventory, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple branches and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management
