As a
Franchise Area Manager, you'll be responsible of the following:
- Franchise Consultation & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary, midway point of contact connecting corporate headquarters to franchise partners.
- Act as a strategic business consultant to franchisees, helping them optimize their day-to-day operations and maximize their return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative, and long-term relationships with franchise owners and store managers.
- Sales & Profit Management
- Analyze territory sales data, KPIs, and profit-and-loss (P&L) statements to identify growth opportunities and areas of inefficiency.
- Partner with franchisees to develop and execute localized sales management strategies to hit revenue targets.
- Guide partners on cost control, inventory management, and waste reduction strategies to improve overall profit management.
- Operational Execution & Compliance
- Conduct regular, structured store visits and audits to ensure strict adherence to company standards, safety guidelines, and operational policies.
- Oversee the roll-out of corporate marketing campaigns, seasonal promos, and new operational programs, ensuring nationwide alignment.
- Troubleshoot on-site operational bottlenecks and provide immediate, actionable feedback to store teams.
- Business Development & Field Support
- Identify local market trends and competitor movements to support broader business development goals within the assigned area.
- Assist in the onboarding, training, and operational readiness tracking of new franchise store openings.
- Undertake other related duties and special projects as assigned by upper management.
