Area Manager (for South Luzon) - Retail Fashion & Apparel

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to lead our retail fashion and apparel operations in South Luzon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for trends, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Locations: Lipa, Sta Rosa, Nuvali, Acienda, Dasma and Bacoor

Work Mode: Work Onsite (6 days/week)

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple retail locations
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
• Foster team development through training and mentorship
• Ensure exceptional customer service and brand representation
• Analyze market trends to optimize product offerings
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and promotions

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail operations/sales management or similar role
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
