Job Summary
The Area Manager oversees multiple store locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with company standards, and consistent execution. The role is also responsible for creating, improving, and enforcing operational flows, SOPs, and guidelines to support efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Will handle 4 branches (SM North Edsa, SM Megamall, SM Sta. Mesa, SM MOA)
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance
- Create, review, and improve operational flows, guidelines, and procedures
- Monitor CCTV, unusual events, and store audits
- Review inventory, near-expiry items, wastage, and variances
- Conduct cash fund and asset audits
- Monitor sales performance and identify factors affecting sales
- Lead weekly operations meetings and submit reports
- Supervise store leaders and conduct staff interviews
- Coordinate with Admin, HR, Finance, IT, and Marketing
- Approve OT, offsets, and operational requests
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 35 years experience in retail/F&B or multi-branch operations
- Strong operational knowledge and process improvement skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and flexible scheduling
- Amenable to work 5 days a week with 2 days off
