Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Northern Manila, NCR (QC, Valenzuela, North Caloocan, Pampanga, SJDM, Bulacan, Pampanga). The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing 6-7 stores within the assigned area. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring store operations run smoothly, maximizing sales, implementing company policies and procedures and managing store staff's recruitment, training, and development. The Area Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, cost controls, and coordinating with the Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic plans.

Tasks

• Responsibility for >35 Store Personnel
• Leading, supporting and controlling store managers
• Managing set-ups of new stores
• Strictly implementing DALI's store standard procedures
• Ensuring seamless and smooth store operations
• Enforcing daily inventory management and monthly store inventory counts
• Continuous improvement of sales, personnel costs, days of inventory and productivity
• Attending monthly Area Manager Meetings
• Actively seeking for continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Strong and confident leadership, management, and supervisory skills
• Experience with recruitment, training, and staff development
• Experience in retail operations, fast food industry or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in inventory management
• Ability to analyze KPIs and manage budgets
• Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
