Job Purpose
The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and people development across multiple stores within the assigned area. This role ensures that each store consistently delivers exceptional customer experience, achieves commercial targets, and upholds the brand's image and values in alignment with the company's overall retail strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 58 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-store or area management role, preferably in fashion retail.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing retail operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours based on business needs.
