Viventis Search Asia, in partnership with a premier, diversified real-estate developer, is conducting a nationwide search for multiple Area Heads (AVP to SAVP level). This is a direct-hire leadership role for a high-caliber professional capable of managing a regional portfolio with full autonomy and accountability.
With multiple headcounts available, we are looking for leaders to take charge of their assigned area across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Job Summary:
As the Area Head, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from conceptualization and project execution to market penetration and aggressive sales management of your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Development: Oversee the full development cycle, ensuring projects move seamlessly from land acquisition and planning to construction and turnover.
- Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation: Drive regional sales volume by leading diverse sales channels, managing internal teams and external brokers, and implementing high-impact marketing strategies.
- P&L Accountability: Manage the financial health of the area, including budget allocation, cost control, and maximizing bottom-line profitability.
- Market Strategy: Identify local market trends and opportunities for new acquisitions or product pivots to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with internal technical teams (engineering, planning, legal) and external local government units (LGUs) to ensure smooth project flow and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years of solid experience in the Philippine Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record at an AVP or SAVP level (or equivalent) within a major developer.
- You must possess a unique blend of technical project development knowledge and sales management experience.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-site operations across various locations nationwide.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred
