The Area Development Specialist key responsibilities are to develop his/her assigned area through LGU and Channel Negotiations and Partnerships. Ensures execution of all projects and platforms to acquire new and reacquire existing customers.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Conducts area profiling of assigned area/s. Conducts customer profiling.
- Negotiates with LGU (Town and Barangay level) and all relevant customer touchpoints within the assigned area/s. Facilitates festival negotiations in the area.
- Understands the market, customer needs and competitor activity to translate projects and programs into actionable projects and programs that strengthen company's market positioning.
- Recruits, onboards and retain agents who will help acquire new players (GGR sharing scheme).
- Recruits and retains Promo ambassadors. Onboards and monitors performance during projects deployment and executions.
- Proposes tailor-fit programs for priority areas/barangay, grounded on market and behavioral insights to effectively capture customer opportunities.
- Implements, organizes, executes and monitors OFM projects and other BU cascaded projects execution.
- Conducts regular work-with/work-behind to validate compliance with the standards by Agents and Promoters.
- Determines deployment of blitzes to hit targets in new Acqui, existing players and revenues.
- Conducts post-mortem analysis of program executions, using official parent code results. Provides qualitative feedback on projects and recommends next steps and areas for improvement.
- Efficiently manages budget and resources allocated for projects executions.
- Negotiates and close agreements with external partners, relevant businesses on possible business opportunities, merch placements and locations for local executions, applying insights on customer preferences, buying patterns, and channel effectiveness.

3. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferably with field sales experience, events execution
- Has a driver's license and can operate a car or motorcycle
- Willing to be assigned anywhere
- Has strong negotiation skills and good values
