Primary Function: As an Area Development Manager, you will achieve sales or volume growth rate targets and performance standards for in-store presence, operations, productivity, and service for the area. You will develop and deploy strategies, programs, and plans in growing the business of the area, distribution partners, and different trade segments, customers, or formats. The role includes owning and building the management capability and capacity development of the distributor, and acting as the official representative of the company in the area to build trade and customer goodwill.
