Branding - Events Operation Specialist

Job Summary

The Area Dev Expert is responsible for driving the execution of offline marketing initiatives within the assigned territory. This role focuses on field implementation, area expansion, partnership development, and performance monitoring to ensure brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The position requires extensive fieldwork, close coordination with local stakeholders, and hands-on campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Area Development & Expansion

  • Identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute area activation plans to increase brand presence and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, merchants, and community stakeholders.

2. Offline Marketing Execution

  • Implement approved offline campaigns, activations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure proper placement and visibility of marketing materials (posters, banners, booths, etc.).
  • Monitor on-ground execution to ensure alignment with brand standards.

3. Field Operations & Monitoring

  • Conduct regular field visits to oversee ongoing activities and partner performance.
  • Gather competitor and market intelligence within the assigned area.
  • Ensure timely resolution of on-ground operational issues.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track daily/weekly performance metrics (acquisition, activation, engagement, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit accurate field reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Provide feedback to the central team regarding campaign effectiveness and market response.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with Backend/Operations, Finance, and other support teams for smooth campaign implementation.
  • Assist partners in documentation, onboarding, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, area development, or sales operations
  • Experience in offline campaign execution is an advantage
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics within assigned territory- Sta. Rosa/ Binan
