Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Coach located in Pangasinan. The Area Coach will oversee the operations and performance of several business locations, ensuring that they meet quality, service, and operational standards. The role involves leading and mentoring management teams, analyzing financial and operational reports, developing action plans, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing corporate procedures to drive business success.

- Team leadership and staff management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and oversee multiple managers.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, including the ability to monitor KPIs, evaluate financial and performance reports, and implement process improvements effectively.
- Customer service and communication skills to foster positive relationships and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities to address challenges and spot growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of food industry standards and familiarity with health, safety, and compliance practices is highly preferred.
- Proven work experience in area management, multi-unit operations, or any leadership role in a similar industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
