Performs a variety of administrative functions to support the timely execution of marketing plans and the team's attainment of targets.
Job Description
• Prepares pertinent reports for the area head/senior management.
• Assists in the analysis of reports received, gathered or generated.
• Conducts market research as needed.
• Composes and initiates routine correspondence and memoranda.
• Resolves routine and simple inquiries from the branch marketing personnel.
• Assists in monitoring the budget attainment of the team.
• Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings presided by the area head.
• Receives, sorts and logs all incoming and outgoing memoranda and other documents/correspondence for the area head.
• Maintains custody of confidential records and documents.
• Ensures proper upkeep of work area and equipment assigned.
• Performs other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
