RemoteVA PH is looking for a
highly skilled and detail-oriented Architecture Manager Assistant to support an architecture manager in daily administrative and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have
at least 3 years of experience, be proficient in
CAD, Excel, and ClickUp, and possess
strong knowledge of USA architectural structures. If you are fluent in English and excel at managing emails, task coordination, and architectural support, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Email Management - Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the manager
Task Coordination - Open, track, and manage tasks in
ClickUp, ensuring timely completion
Architectural Support - Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing
CAD drawings
Project Documentation - Maintain and update
Excel spreadsheets for project tracking
USA Structure Knowledge - Understand and apply USA architectural concepts when handling communications and tasks
Client & Team Coordination - Facilitate smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in
architecture or construction
Strong knowledge of USA architectural structures and industry standards
Fluent in English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions
Proficiency in
CAD software, Excel, and ClickUp
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
