Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Endpoint Imaging:Architect and maintain enterprise-wide Windows imaging solutions usingMECMandAutopilot.
  • Desktop Management:Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows desktop environments.
  • Troubleshooting:Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve desktop-related issues efficiently.
  • Automation:Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline desktop management tasks.
  • Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of desktop configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of desktop systems. Provide expert-level support to technical partners.
