Architectural Manager

Overall lead for the design and implementation of architectural works as part of project execution plan to be in accordance coordinated plans and design between all relevant parties.

• Lead the coordination for design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities / agencies.
• Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's and its representatives, consultants, subcontractors on technical matters
• Manage APS contractor and ensure that works are done timely and in accordance to approved details.
• Ensure all submission of detail drawings, materials and mock up for early approval.
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes, if any.
• Provide coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings.
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing.
• Check on site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings.
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structural) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the construction industry (design) or related field.

Experience in dealing with authorities / agencies submissions ensuring regulatory compliance relating to project preparation and enabling works. Ability to deal with client and subcontractor and have clear understanding of specifications for the architectural and technical coordination of the project.

Good leadership, communication, technical, problem solving and analytical skills. Meticulous in planning and organisational skills and the ability to work and perform under pressure. Ability to due with subcontractor / trades person for the smooth operation of architectural works related to project.
