Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Draftsman role based in Consolación. The Architectural Draftsman will prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and layouts in accordance with project specifications and standards. Responsibilities include updating and revising drawings based on design changes or red-line markups, supporting the preparation of shop drawings and as-built documentation, and coordinating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate technical outputs. The role also involves organizing and maintaining drawing records, assisting with design detailing and documentation for project management, and contributing to quality and compliance requirements for ongoing construction and engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles.
- Candidates should possess proficient Drawing skills for technical and detailed design work.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with BIM processes is highly beneficial.
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to interpret design briefs, and strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in construction documentation, project support, or engineering environments is an advantage.
