Architectural Drafter with a strong eye for design and presentation. The ideal candidate is a top-tier drafter who can translate concepts into precise technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations for both interior and exterior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents
- Develop 2D and 3D models for residential and/or commercial projects
- Create high-quality interior and exterior renderings
- Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to refine concepts
- Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and attention to design details
- Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Strong rendering and visualization skills
- Excellent understanding of architectural drafting standards
- Strong eye for aesthetics, spatial design, and detailing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Architecture or Interior Design
- Portfolio showcasing drafting and rendering work (interior & exterior)
