Your Role
As an
Architectural Drafter, you will support project teams from design development through permit and construction documentation by producing accurate architectural drawings and maintaining high-quality drafting standards.
Specifically, You Will
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop, update, and maintain Revit models and AutoCAD drawing sets.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
- Assist in the preparation of permit submissions and construction documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, project requirements, and company drafting standards.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- 3–5 years of architectural drafting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience producing permit and construction document sets.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- US project experience is required.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and Revit collaboration tools.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
