Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in Antipolo City (Brgy. Mayamot area). The Architectural Drafter/Designer will create accurate architectural drawings and construction documents in Revit, 3D modeling and rendering, collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, clients and construction team. Responsibilities include developing designs, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring adherence to building codes and specifications. The candidate will also help refine project layouts and support overall project execution.

Qualifications

Revit

• Basic architecture modeling (walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, stairs)
• Family creation and modification
• Creation of schedules (materials, doors/windows, room finishes)
• Knowledge of drawing standards (lineweights, scales, annotations)
• Ability to produce plans, sections, elevations, and sheets
• Basic detailing using detail components
• CAD linking and export to DWG/PDF
• Basic understanding of model organization and file management
• Creation of Revit template

Rendering

• Proficient in Lumion or D5
• Proficient in using AI to assist in rendering
• Experience importing models from Autodesk Revit
