We're looking for a highly skilled
Architectural Designer to join our team on a

Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: 22,000-25,000 PHP/month
Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential renewal/extension)
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs aligned with client vision and project requirements
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure feasibility and execution
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations
- Prepare and manage construction documentation for project implementation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Develop project cost estimates and help maintain budget alignment
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet expectations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience in architectural design and project execution is a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
