Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Architectural Coordinator to support the delivery of architectural projects from design through to construction completion. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are executed on time, to the required quality, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise and coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all architectural works to ensure alignment in objectives and consistent quality throughout project delivery
Track on-site construction progress against key milestones, proactively identifying and addressing issues that may affect project schedules
Oversee the management of architectural design submission schedules to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within project deadlines
Review and verify that all design submissions adhere to local authority guidelines and regulatory standards, facilitating the timely obtaining of required approvals
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and relevant government agencies to support smooth project execution and address queries efficiently
Offer day-to-day guidance and supervision to junior team members and subcontractors, upholding performance standards and best practices
Assist in project planning and workflow management across design and construction phases to drive efficiency and optimise the allocation of resources
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to anticipate, identify, and resolve design and construction challenges, ensuring uninterrupted project progress
Produce precise and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD to support design development, coordination, and submission requirements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination or a related role within the construction industry
Recognised Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent discipline
Solid understanding of local authority submission processes, approval workflows, and construction methodologies in Singapore
Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design and documentation tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with sound organisational and coordination skills
A proactive and collaborative team player who takes ownership and drives results
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
