About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to support design and construction projects by producing accurate and high-quality technical drawings. This role is responsible for translating conceptual designs into precise documentation using CAD software while ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Convert sketches and design concepts into accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Revise drawings based on feedback from architects and project teams
• Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing sets throughout all project phases
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate structural and MEP systems
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications
• Assist in developing 3D models and visualizations when required
• Perform site measurements and prepare as-built drawings as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in architectural drafting or CAD production within an architectural or engineering firm
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting
• Must have stable employment history
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards and construction methods
• High attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
• Strong time management, organization, and coordination skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar
• Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes
• Prior experience in an architectural or engineering firm
• Knowledge of additional design or drafting software is a plus
