We are looking for an experienced Architectural and Structural Designs Manager to lead our multidisciplinary design team and deliver innovative, high-quality projects from concept through construction.
About the Role
As the Architectural and Structural Designs Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects while leading a team of architects and structural designers. You will drive innovation within the design process, ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, and serve as the primary technical and client-facing representative throughout the project lifecyc

- Required Master's degree
- Must have at least 5 years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and structural designers.
- Foster innovation by introducing new tools, workflows, and design optimizations.
- Assign priorities, manage workloads, and ensure team members have the resources needed to succeed.
- Review technical outputs, provide coaching, and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Research & Development and Construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the design team as needed.
Project Management
- Plan, monitor, and update project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions proactively.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, revisions, approvals, and change records.
- Ensure timely submission of design packages and technical documentation for permitting, client review, and construction.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Lead client meetings to discuss project requirements, design developments, technical clarifications, and progress updates.
- Build strong client relationships by managing expectations and translating feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Conduct occasional site visits for project coordination, technical validation, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- Required Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino (Tagalog).
