Position: Architect with Sales Experience
Work Setup: 100% Remote / Work From Home
Availability: Must be able to join immediately
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients and understand their project requirements.
- Prepare architectural concepts, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist in converting leads into projects through effective communication and relationship building.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with clients.
- Support business development and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Previous experience in sales,business development, client relations, or account management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
- Available to start immediately
Preferred:
- Experience in architectural, construction, interior design, or AEC-related sales
- Experience working with international clients
