The Architect is responsible for supporting design management, coordinating consultant outputs, developing and presenting architectural concepts, conducting site inspections, and assisting in product development initiatives for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design management of ongoing projects and upcoming project launches.
- Coordinate with consultants and review their design outputs to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Support the creation of project study drawings and presentation materials.
- Present architectural concepts, plans, and design proposals clearly and confidently to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and design compliance.
- Manage document control, including proper archiving and organization of drawings and project files.
- Handle product development tasks and special initiatives as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and at least one rendering software (V-Ray or Lumion).
- Has developable public speaking and presentation skills.
- Amenable to work at Profriends Center Iloilo, Pavia. Open to be trained at Lancaster New City, Cavite.
