We are looking for an
Architect with strong
AutoCAD skills and
at least 5 years of experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to UK projects. The ideal candidate must be familiar with
London building codes and regulations, as the main role will involve preparing plans and detailed drawings for
conversion projects, specifically transforming empty buildings into residential apartments.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural plans, drawings, and detailed layouts using AutoCAD
- Work on conversion projects (from existing/empty buildings to apartment units)
- Ensure all plans comply with London building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with the team on revisions, updates, and required documentation
- Deliver accurate and timely design outputs
Qualifications:
- Registered Architect (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Minimum 5 years of architectural experience
- Experience with UK standards, particularly London codes
- Background in building conversions or residential design is an advantage
- Reliable work-from-home setup
