We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with strong expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to support a diverse portfolio of Industrial, Residential, and Commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple deadlines, and responds quickly and effectively to constructive feedback. The Architect will play a key role in producing accurate design and construction documentation while ensuring quality and efficiency across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
- Produce and manage 3D models and coordinated drawing sets for various project types
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is accurately executed
- Interpret project requirements and translate them into technical drawings and documentation
- Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
- Revise drawings efficiently based on feedback and evolving project requirements
- Coordinate with engineering and consultant teams to resolve design conflicts
- Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout all stages
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Apply industry standards, building codes, and best practices in all outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong experience working on Industrial, Residential, and Commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Experience working with international (e.g., U.S.) projects
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection workflows
- Knowledge of additional design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion)
- Experience collaborating in cloud-based environments
