Role Description The AR / RCM Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Biñan, responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable and revenue cycle management processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and processing invoices, monitoring payment status, following up on outstanding balances, and performing debt collection activities in a professional manner. The role involves reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data to identify trends or issues, and working closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. The AR / RCM Specialist will also prepare regular reports on collections, cash flow, and aging accounts, support process improvements, and maintain accurate documentation in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to review financial data, identify discrepancies, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of finance and revenue cycle management processes, including accounts receivable and cash application.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients or payers professionally.
  • Experience with invoicing, billing systems, and accurate documentation of transactions.
  • Background in debt collection, including managing overdue accounts while maintaining respectful and compliant practices.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial software, and basic reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or legal services revenue cycle management is an advantage.
  • Preferred education: diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
