About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced AR - Billing Specialist to join our Finance team in Manila. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with US and multinational clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process billing and invoicing transactions accurately and on time.
- Ensure invoices comply with client agreements, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Manage large transaction volumes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities related to billing.
- Provide billing support to US and multinational clients as required.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Billing, Invoicing, or a similar role (excluding CSR Billing).
- Proven experience handling large volume transactions.
- Prior experience supporting US or multinational clients is highly preferred.
- College undergraduates are welcome, but must have accounting knowledge or relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to work on Shifting / Night Shift / US Hours, including holidays.
- Temporary WFH arrangement, but must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang when required.
- Must be willing to attend induction/new hire orientation onsite.
