Role Description The AQA Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan City, responsible for overseeing the After-Sales Quality Assurance operations. This role includes monitoring service quality standards, reviewing repair and service documentation, and ensuring that all procedures align with Apple and company guidelines. This role coordinates with service technicians, store personnel, and customer support teams to resolve quality issues, improve workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction. Daily activities involve conducting audits, analyzing performance reports, recommending process improvements, and supporting training initiatives related to quality and compliance. The role also requires preparing regular updates for management, supporting continuous improvement projects, and helping maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in consumer electronics, retail, or service operations.
  • Experience supervising teams, including coaching, performance monitoring, and workload planning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or quality management tools to track metrics and trends.
  • Solid understanding of service processes, repair workflows, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical, retail, and corporate teams.
  • Ability to identify root causes, recommend practical solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on-site in San Juan City and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Apple products, service centers, or authorized service provider environments is an advantage.
